A two-volume Italian guidebook to Rome and its surroundings, compiled by the antiquarian Carlo Fea with Angiolo Bonelli and printed by C. Puccinelli in Rome in 1822 for travellers and students of architecture. The plates are small copperplate views, printed sideways, of churches, palace facades and porticoed halls set in open ground with tiny figures and trees, offering ready-made architectural elevations, perspectival street corners and fine engraved hatching for skies and masonry.
