Art in dress, with notes on home decoration
A 1916 instructional manual on clothing design and home decoration by Lydia Bolmar, issued by the Manual Arts Press in Peoria, Illinois for schoolteachers and students of dress. Its plates are spare pen-and-ink diagrams: full-length gown silhouettes, lettered studies of collars, necklines and coiffures, useful as clean outline figures and fashion-detail motifs.
