Aviation Week 1921-02-14
An issue of the American aviation trade weekly Aviation Week, published in New York in February 1921 for aircraft manufacturers, engine makers, operators, and military buyers. The plates mix advertising pages for flying boats and Wright engines with halftone photographs of biplanes in side view, numbered fuselages, and wicker-seated passenger cabins, giving designers early aircraft silhouettes, engine-cutaway line work, and period ad typography with drop capitals.
