An issue of the American trade weekly Aviation, dated 27 February 1922, reporting to aeronautical engineers, manufacturers and operators on air navigation methods, wind-tunnel testing and airfield construction. Illustrations mix halftone photographs of brass navigation instruments and biplane flying-boat scale models with ruled line drawings: a plotted drag curve, a strut cross-section, and a plan of a square landing field with cinder runways and hangar plots, useful as technical diagram and early aviation source material.
