Aviation Week 1923-09-10
An issue of the American aviation trade weekly Aviation, dated September 10, 1923, written for aircraft manufacturers, engineers, military fliers and the airmail trade. The plates are coarse-screen halftone photographs — record-flight crews in open cockpits, aerial views of race fields, rows of trainers outside flying-school hangars — mixed with engine advertisements whose lettered logotypes and cutaway motor views are usable as period display type and machine detail.
