A trade catalogue issued by the Paris manufacturer E. Mazo in 1898, listing magic lanterns, projection apparatus and mechanical slides for showmen, lecturers and dealers. The wood-engraved figures show lamp housings, gas taps, reflectors, clamps and threaded adjusting knobs on sturdy bases, drawn in fine parallel hatching with maker's lettering cast into the metal — useful for hardware silhouettes and engraved-label type.
