A 1921 decorating guide written by Frank Alvah Parsons for Armstrong Cork Co. of Pittsburgh, aimed at American homeowners choosing linoleum and furniture for parlors, dining rooms and bedrooms. Colour plates show whole rooms in raking perspective, with patterned floors, floral rugs, striped and papered walls and Colonial Revival furniture in muted blues, greens and browns.
