Homes healthful and beautiful
A 1906 paint and wall-coating trade catalogue issued by Alabastine Co. of Paris, Ontario, to sell homeowners and decorators ready-mixed tinted wall finishes. Each plate is a color interior perspective — dining room, den, nursery, bedroom — set in a printed frame with a caption block listing numbered tints for walls, ceiling and woodwork, above a small ornamental vignette; useful for period color pairings, furniture silhouettes and label cartouches.
