The famous fifty and other favorite homes
A 1916 mail-order house catalogue issued by the International Mill & Timber Co. of Bay City, Michigan, selling precut bungalow and cottage kits to American homebuyers. The plates are single-story floor plans drawn in heavy black wall poché with room labels, dimensions, door swings, stairs, closets and porches noted in hand lettering, useful as line-art diagrams, pattern fills, or period typographic specimens.
