Model Buch : Teil 4
A pattern book for embroiderers and lacemakers, issued as the fourth part of Paul Fürst's Model Buch in Nuremberg in 1676. Engraved plates lay counted floral designs on fine grids: borders of scrolling vines, rosettes, carnations and pomegranates, plus all-over repeats, each plate numbered with stitch counts and usable as ready-made pixel motifs, rules and repeating trim.
