An 1865 imaginary voyage to the moon by Alexandre Cathelineau, issued in Paris by Achille Faure for readers of popular scientific fiction, from a copy once owned by aeronaut Gaston Tissandier. The few illustrations are plain letterpress fittings: looping penwork tailpieces and a lettered line diagram of spheres, cast rays and a hatched ground, useful as period ornaments and schematic marks.
