Jean Schoenner Jubiläums Katalog 1875-1900
A jubilee trade catalogue issued by the Nuremberg toy and optical-goods maker Jean Schoenner in 1900, covering twenty-five years of magic lanterns and optical toys for dealers and wholesale buyers. The plates are small engraved and halftone product views of tin-bodied lanterns in three-quarter profile, showing chimneys, riveted seams, brass lens tubes and stepped baseplates, with some pages laid out in ruled price tables designers can reuse as catalogue grids or equipment silhouettes.
