A trade catalogue issued in 1875 by the Belgian zinc firm Vieille Montagne, showing stamped sheet-zinc ornament and art objects to builders, roofers and architects ordering by plate number. The plates are fine engraved line drawings of scrolled pediments, cornice returns, circular dormer frames and repeating cresting, drawn flat with hatched shading, metric dimensions and catalogue numbers, giving designers crisp outline profiles, border repeats and modular ornament ready to trace or vectorize.
