An issue of the American pulp magazine Weird Tales, printed in 1926 by the Popular Fiction Publishing Company under editor Farnsworth Wright for newsstand readers of fantasy and horror fiction. The pictures divide between pen-and-ink story illustrations, here a biplane and two flyers standing over a skull and skeleton, and dense mail-order advertising pages combining engraved goods, fountain pens and bedding sets, with bold display lettering and coupon rules useful as period layout and type reference.
