Weird Tales v09 n05 [1927-05]
An issue of Weird Tales, the American pulp magazine of horror and fantasy fiction, published in Chicago in May 1927 for newsstand readers. The pictures are hand-lettered story headings with brush-and-ink vignettes — floating hands, a robed apparition, men in suits and fedoras — plus quoted captions, useful for coarse-line figure silhouettes and display lettering.
