Woodwork of Quality
A 1920 millwork trade catalogue issued by James Davidson's Sons to show builders, contractors, and lumber dealers its stock doors, sash, screens, and prefabricated portable houses. Most plates are frontal halftone photographs of single doors against plain grounds, each a flat grid of glazed openings and raised panels with visible wood grain, useful as ready-made rectangular framing devices, texture fills, or repeatable panel motifs.
