The alabaster sarcophagus of Oimeneptah I., king of Egypt : now in Sir John Soane's Museum, Lincoln's Inn Fields
An 1864 London archaeological monograph by Samuel Sharpe and Joseph Bonomi recording the alabaster sarcophagus of Seti I in Sir John Soane's Museum, made for antiquarians and early Egyptologists. Its plates are flat line facsimiles of the incised funerary scenes printed in pale blue: friezes of striding figures, serpents, solar barques and continuous hieroglyph bands, usable as silhouette figures, border strips and repeat patterns.
