Album de dentelle de Venise
A pattern album of Venetian-style needle lace issued around 1900 in Paris by the Manufacture Parisienne des Cotons L.V. et M.F.A., compiled by G. Hardouin for home lacemakers and thread buyers. The plates are photographs of finished squares against black grounds, giving high-contrast white geometry: radiating wheels, filled triangles, picot bars and bordered frames usable as motifs, tiles or ornament.
