Altitalische Studien
Carl Pauli's Altitalische Studien, published by Hahn in Hannover in 1883, is a German philological study of Etruscan and other early Italic inscriptions, written for epigraphers and comparative linguists. The plates are pen facsimiles of incised lettering, mostly running right to left, with outlined strokes, interpuncts, and the cracks and curving edges of the original vases and stone fragments traced around them.
