An analysis of Gothick architecture ;
An 1847 London survey of English medieval building by brothers Raphael and Joshua Arthur Brandon, measured and drawn for architects and builders working in the Gothic revival. Outline engravings record window tracery, screens, panelling and mouldings in plan, section and elevation with scale bars, giving clean geometric patterns of quatrefoils, cusps and arches that redraw easily as line ornament.
