Andreae Argoli ... Ephemerides annorum L iuxta Tychonis hypotheses : et accuratè e coelo deductas observationes, ab anno 1630 ad annum 1680
Andrea Argoli's ephemerides, printed in Venice in 1638 by Paolo Frambotto, tabulate daily planetary positions from 1630 to 1680 after Tycho Brahe's hypotheses, for astronomers and astrologers casting charts; the copy shown belonged to John Adams. The plates are dense letterpress number tables ruled into columns, with zodiac and planet symbols, roman numerals, and signature marks on toned paper.
