Catalogue of the forty-eighth annual open exhibition of the Ontario Society of Artists, held at the Art Gallery of Toronto in 1920 and printed for exhibition visitors and buyers. Sixteen halftone plates reproduce submitted paintings: snow-laden spruce and birch, rock gorges with rapids, still rivers screened by trees, and a steamer on a mountain lake, all in soft grey tones with visible screen grain that suits textured backgrounds and washed-out scenic fills.
