Annuare général héraldique
A French heraldic annual published in Paris in 1903, compiling armorial bearings of families for genealogists, nobiliary researchers, and the families themselves. Nearly a thousand small shield cuts render tinctures as engraved hatching and dot patterns, giving designers a large stock of quartered fields, bends, chiefs, lions, eagles, crosses, stars and wheat sheaves in flat black and white.
