A multi-volume topographical guide to Florence's buildings and art, compiled by Vincenzo Follini and Modesto Rastrelli and printed by Pietro Allegrini in 1789 for antiquarians and travellers. The engravings combine palace facade elevations in fine outline with rusticated masonry and tiers of arched windows, an armorial bookplate with lion supporters and an ENDURE FORT scroll, and a scrolled chimneypiece with carved overmantel; useful for architectural line detail, heraldic frames, and ornament.
