Delle antichita di Sarsina, et de' costumi romani nel trionfo, et nel triclinio antico : discorso primo
Filippo Antonini's antiquarian discourse on the Roman antiquities of Sarsina and on customs of the triumph and the dining couch, printed in Sarsina in 1607 for scholars and collectors of Latin inscriptions. The woodcuts draw funerary altars, cippi and cornice fragments in plain outline with dense parallel hatching, each carrying a transcribed inscription in Roman capitals, useful for carved-stone silhouettes, moulding profiles, rosette bosses and epigraphic lettering.
