A 1910 London manual on imaginative design by Godfrey Blount, published by A.C. Fifield for teachers, craftworkers and students of ornament. The plates are black-and-white line drawings of running borders and repeat patterns built from leaves, vines, berries and interlaced stems, useful as rule strips, frame edges, endpapers and tiling motifs.
