Architectura
A scholarly Latin edition of Vitruvius's De architectura issued at Udine in 1825 by the Mattiuzzi brothers, carrying the commentary apparatus of Giovanni Poleni and Simone Stratico for architects and antiquarian readers. The plates are engraved geometric constructions in fine black line on cream paper: numbered arch and vault profiles, lettered points, radiating voussoir rulings and hatched thrust diagrams, useful as ready-made compass geometry, diagram lettering, and dense line-ruled texture.
