Armory and lineages of Canada; comprising pedigrees with historical notes, brief biographies and family registers of prominent men of Canada, including blazons and illustrations of many armorials, and of insignia of knighthood
A genealogical and heraldic reference compiled by Herbert George Todd and published by the author in Yonkers, New York, in 1913, recording pedigrees, biographies and blazons of prominent Canadian families for genealogists and armigers. The plates are line drawings of achievements — quartered shields, crests on torse and helm, mantling, motto ribbons and knighthood badges — usable as crisp outline heraldic elements, monogram frames and banner scrolls.
