Armory and lineages of Canada; comprising pedigrees with historical notes, brief biographies and family registers of prominent men of Canada, including blazons and illustrations of many armorials, and of insignia of knighthood
A heraldic reference compiled by Herbert George Todd and published by him at Yonkers, New York, in 1913, recording pedigrees, biographies and blazons of prominent Canadian families and holders of knighthood. The plates are outline drawings of coats of arms: quartered shields with hammers, crescents, stars, roses and crosses, mantling that curls into acanthus leaves, crests of lions, foxes and miners, motto ribbons, and pendant knightly badges, all usable as line stock for monograms, crests and decorative frames.
