Arsacidarum imperium, sive, Regum Parthorum historia : ad fidem numismatum accommodata
A Latin numismatic history of the Parthian kings by the French antiquary Jean Foy-Vaillant, published in Paris by Charles Moette in 1725 for scholars and coin collectors. The 126 engravings pair obverse and reverse of silver coins in circular frames: bearded royal profiles in diadems and tiaras beside enthroned figures with Greek inscriptions running around the rim, usable as circular medallions, profile portrait stamps, and models for lettering set on a curve.
