Balabish
An excavation report on the Pan-grave and New Kingdom cemeteries at Balabish in Upper Egypt, written by Gerald Averay Wainwright and issued in London in 1920 by the Egypt Exploration Society for its subscribing members and fellow archaeologists. The plates are halftone photographs of grave goods laid out on black grounds with numbered labels and inch scales — pottery jars, copper bracelets, leather garments, beads, stone tools — alongside line drawings of vessel profiles and cemetery plans; useful for silhouetted artefact shapes, grid arrangements of small objects, and printed scale bars.
