A French art-topographical guide to Barcelona and the churches and monasteries of Catalonia, written by Georges Desdevises du Dezert and published by H. Laurens in Paris in 1913 for travellers and students of Spanish art. The 154 halftone plates, credited to photographers Parera and Mas, record Romanesque doorways, carved archivolt mouldings, Baroque portals, cloisters and altarpieces in flat grey tones useful as architectural ornament reference.
