The baronial and ecclesiastical antiquities of Scotland
An antiquarian survey of Scottish castles, abbeys and parish churches, drawn by architect Robert William Billings and reissued with notes by A. W. Wiston-Glyn in Edinburgh in 1909 for readers of architectural history. The plates are fine tonal engravings of buildings seen in three-quarter view among trees, with tracery windows, crow-stepped gables, towers and carved inscription panels usable as period architectural detail.
