An inventory of the architectural and artistic monuments of Westphalia, compiled by A. Ludorff for the provincial association and issued in Münster from 1897 onward as a district-by-district record for architects, conservators and local historians. The plates are measured survey drawings — church ground plans with walls and piers filled solid black, vault ribs drawn as thin crossed diagonals, plus longitudinal and cross sections at 1:400 — usable as high-contrast black-and-white shapes, diagram patterns and scale-bar typography.
