A volume of the official inventory of the architectural and art monuments of Westphalia, compiled by A. Ludorff for the provincial association and published in Münster in 1897 for architects, conservators and local historians. Halftone photographs record village churches, moated stone manors, apses and half-timbered facades in flat daylight, often paired two to a plate with plans, sections and detail drawings.
