Bibliografía mexicana del siglo XVIII
A bibliography of eighteenth-century Mexican printing compiled by Nicolás León and issued in Mexico City by F. Díaz de León in 1902, made for librarians, collectors and historians of the book. The plates reproduce woodcuts and engravings from early Mexican imprints: a friar preaching with a cross and vision panels, a Shield of the Trinity diagram ringed with grotesque heads, a seated indigenous ruler on a patterned mat, and close crosshatched line work useful as texture, emblem and figure source.
