A History of Nottinghamshire
A county history of Nottinghamshire written by Cornelius Brown and issued in London by Elliot Stock in 1896 for local antiquarians and general readers. The pictures shown are small wood-engraved tailpieces: symmetrical scrollwork built on a central urn or mask, rosettes and flowering vines, and a portrait medallion in a wreath, all usable as section dividers, chapter ends and horizontal rules.
