Del Atlántico al Pacífico y un Argentino en Europa. Cartas de viaje, etc
Travel letters by the Argentine statistician and writer Gabriel Carrasco, published in 1890 for Spanish-reading readers who followed his journeys from the Atlantic to the Pacific and on to Europe. The plates are small printer's vignettes in fine line engraving: winged cherubs among leafy branches playing lyre, flute and tambourine, plus a symmetrical acanthus-and-scroll headpiece, all usable as chapter openers, tailpieces and spot ornaments on pale stock.
