The Lairds and Lands of Loch Tayside
A local history of the estates and families along Loch Tay, compiled by John Christie of Aberfeldy and printed by D. Cameron & Son in 1892 for Perthshire readers and antiquarians. The plates are narrow horizontal pen-line vignettes of loch water, reed beds, sailing skiffs, geese and wooded hills, ruled into rectangles that foliage and rock sometimes break across, giving designers ready-made banner strips, chapter headpieces and light landscape borders.
