A local history of Ilkley and its moors in Yorkshire, written by Robert Collyer and Joseph Horsfall Turner and printed by W. Walker & Sons in 1885 for antiquarians and residents of the West Riding. The plates copy church monument inscriptions letter for letter in blackletter and roman capitals, with winged cherub heads and skulls, alongside wood-engraved views of moorland stone circles, cup-marked rocks and earthworks drawn in open line with no background tone.
