Histoire de Saint-Chamond et de la seigneurie de Jarez depuis les temps les plus reculés jusqu'à nos jours
A local history of the town of Saint-Chamond and the lordship of Jarez by James Condamin, published in France in 1890 for regional antiquarians and genealogists. The figures are numbered wood engravings of coats of arms — quartered shields with fleurs-de-lis, towers and lions, crested helms with mantling, coronets, palm branches and knotted cords — plus copies of carved stone escutcheons with heavy foliate frames, usable as small heraldic spot art, crests and ornamental cartouches.
