La Suisse à pied. Souvenirs de vacances offerts aux jeunes touristes ... Avec une carte itinéraire. [With plates
A French walking tour of Switzerland written by Charles Dehansy and published in 1861 as a holiday souvenir for young travellers, issued with a folding itinerary map and a suite of plates. The plates are tinted lithograph landscapes with pale yellow grounds: lake shores with sailing boats and a wayside chapel, a village under a waterfall, the Valais valley seen between pine-covered slopes, and a glacier torrent, each captioned in script and usable as soft-toned scenery, silhouetted foreground trees, or engraved mountain outlines.
