Anecdotes Normandes. Deuxième édition ... augmentée, précédée d'une notice sur M. Floquet, et suivie de notes et de pièces justificatives par Ch. de Beaurepaire
A second edition of Pierre Amable Floquet's Anecdotes Normandes, a collection of Norman historical anecdotes re-edited with notes and supporting documents by Charles de Beaurepaire and published in France in 1883 for antiquarian and local-history readers. The plates here are printer's ornaments in a single slate-blue ink: symmetrical arabesque headpieces and tailpieces of scrolling foliage, lozenges and framed palmettes, usable as dividers, spot motifs and borders at small sizes.
