Curso elemental de geografia universal
Antonio García y Cubas compiled this elementary universal geography course, printed in Spanish in 1869 for schoolroom use. The figures are numbered line engravings explaining mathematical geography: compass circles marked in degrees, ellipses with foci and chords, hatched globes ruled with meridians and parallels above a tangent plane, and stippled diagrams of a sun and its orbiting body. Useful as clean astronomical and geometric schematics.
