A local-history compilation for the Boulonnais region of northern France, gathering notices, articles and almanac entries published 1845–1893, annotated and illustrated by Arthur de Rosny in 1897 for antiquarians and regional readers. Illustrations are line-engraved chapter and municipal seals with encircling Latin inscriptions, heraldic shields, and lithographed portraits of clergy and officers in oval or circular vignettes with facsimile signatures.
