The English Works of Thomas Hobbes, now first collected and edited by Sir W. Molesworth
The eleven-volume English Works of Thomas Hobbes, collected and edited by Sir William Molesworth and published in London in 1839 for scholars and philosophical readers. The plates are engraved geometry diagrams in fine hairlines — lettered points, circles, tangents, triangles and squared curves grouped several figures to a page with roman-numeral plate heads — useful as sparse line arrangements, mathematical lettering, and construction-line texture.
