Graphic illustrations of Warwickshire
A county topographical album by James Jaffray, published by T. Underwood in Birmingham in 1862 for local antiquarians and subscribers interested in Warwickshire's houses and ruins. Forty-one steel engravings show manor fronts, abbey ruins, cottages and bridges set in heavy foliage, printed in pale grey; useful for framing trees, distant architectural silhouettes and soft tonal skies.
