Ernest Law's history of Hampton Court Palace, published in London by G. Bell & Sons in 1885 for antiquarians and visitors to the royal palace. The 57 plates reproduce older engravings and drawings: topographical views of facades and garden fronts, bird's-eye plans of the grounds, and rococo cartouches framed by scrollwork, putti and trophies, useful as period architectural views and ornamental frames.
