A Dutch history and topography of notable castles in the Netherlands, written by Jacob van Lennep and Willem Jacobs Hofdijk and published in illustrated parts by G. W. Tielkemeijer in Amsterdam from 1854, for general readers of national antiquities. The scanned pages are the yellow paper part-wrappers and title pages: engraved rectangular borders of scrolling foliage and corner rosettes framing stacked display lettering in fat-face, shaded and condensed capitals, useful as period frame ornament and title-page typographic hierarchy.
