Minutes of the proceedings of the Court of Common Council, 1823(-1845)
Printed minutes of the Court of Common Council, the City of London's governing assembly, issued annually by Thomas Henry Coe from 1824 onward for aldermen, councilmen and civic officers. The plates are repeated impressions of the City arms: two scaled dragons with cross-marked wings flanking a shield bearing the cross and sword, above a ribbon reading DOMINE DIRIGE NOS, useful as heraldic supporters, banner scrollwork and crest devices.
